We're looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser who enjoys helping patients find the right eyewear solutions and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Unlike large corporate optical retailers, you'll have the time and support to focus on personalised recommendations, patient outcomes, and genuine service.

* Building trusted relationships with patients and families
* Delivering lifestyle-based lens recommendations that improve visual outcomes
* Providing exceptional service from first enquiry through to collection
* Working collaboratively with Optometrists and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for patients
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
* Contributing to a positive, professional, and welcoming practice environment
About you
You'll bring:
* Optical dispensing experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence recommending products and tailored optical solutions
* A genuine commitment to customer service and patient care
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A positive, team-focused approach
Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is highly regarded.
Experience with Optomate is advantageous but not essential.
