About The Company A global leader in medical devices is seeking a Field Services Technician in Brisbane. Working closely with engineers across Australia and reporting to the manager in Melbourne, the position involves providing support with repairs, installations, and servicing equipment at a wide range of medical clinics, hospitals, and specialised beauty clinics.
About the Role
* Support and perform onsite installations, maintenance and repair on medical device equipment.
* Review and make recommendations on solutions to determine source of problem
* Work closely with Territory Managers (Sales) to ensure service deliverables are met
* Coordinate problem resolution with external and internal stakeholders
* Conduct training on safe operation of equipment to team and customers
* Ability to prioritize service requests and concise documentation
About You
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to diagnose and resolve problems - electronic, mechanical etc.
* Tertiary Qualifications in Electronics / Electrical or Biomedical related field preferred
* Hands on experience as a Service Engineer / Technician with relevant equipment – experience with lasers / pneumatics / printing equipment highly regarded
* Valid driver's license and safe driving record
* Full working rights in Australia
