About the role
As the Head of Family Law, you will:
* Lead the Family Law practice, managing your own files while mentoring junior lawyers.
* Handle a variety of complex family matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and binding financial agreements.
* Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships.
* Collaborate with the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters including commercial and property law.
The ideal candidate
* 8+ years PQE in Family Law with proven leadership or senior‐level experience.
* Confident handling complex parenting and property matters.
* Strong client management skills with a compassionate and strategic approach.
* Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
* Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow a practice.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‐solving skills.
