About the role: As the Head of Family Law, you will: Lead the Family Law practice, managing your own files while mentoring junior lawyers.
Handle a variety of complex family matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and binding financial agreements .
Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters including commercial and property law.
The ideal candidate: 8+ years PQE in Family Law with proven leadership or senior-level experience.
Confident handling complex parenting and property matters.
Strong client management skills with a compassionate and strategic approach.
Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow a practice.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
