Your recent role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in running the office and contributing to the team.
- Liasing with clients and engineers
- Issuing invoices/daily bank reconciliations
- Processing weekly payroll
- Data entry and general admin duties
- Ordering office supplies
- Reception duties where required
About You!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing a busy switchboard with professional phone manner
- MYOB (or similar) knowledge
- Experience in bookkeeping
- Experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable/payroll processing
- MS Suite knowledge, especially MS Excel
