We’re looking for a skilled Siebel Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gold Coast or Sydney and contribute to one of Australia’s largest transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Apply deep systems expertise to inform architecture and solution design, ensuring high-quality outcomes for the business. Provide technical and domain consultation across the wider IT community to enhance solution quality and system robustness. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, SMEs, and solution providers to contribute to accurate and timely cost estimates for design and development phases. Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex service issues across infrastructure and applications during the development lifecycle. Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders in a complex, multi-disciplinary project environment. Ensure adherence to Westpac’s standards and processes to meet regulatory obligations. What do I need? Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a major in Software Engineering (or equivalent). 7 years of experience in IT, primarily in systems development, support, and maintenance. Hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica. Strong background in systems integration. Expert knowledge in at least one technical specialism (e.g., domain or programming language). Why join us?
