The Role
To provide clinical pharmacy services across South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) to optimise safe and appropriate medication usage.
The position will rotate through a variety of clinical, operational (dispensary) and production teams on a rotation schedule.

* Can you describe a situation where your clinical drug knowledge helped you identify or prevent a medication‐related problem? What actions did you take and what was the outcome for the patient?
* Describe a situation where you worked collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve a patient care objective. How did you balance team collaboration with working independently when required?
