What will you be responsible for?
* Provide expert advice – Deliver direct advisory services to clients and guide them through complex workplace relations matters.
* Lead audits & case management – Conduct compliance audits (remote & face-to-face) and manage complex cases, ensuring businesses stay compliant.
* Mentor & supervise – Oversee and support Workplace Relations Advisors and Consultants, fostering team growth and excellence.
* Advocate for clients – Represent businesses before the Fair Work Commission and manage claims with confidence.
* Deliver training & insights – Host workshops, webinars, and briefings to empower clients with knowledge.
* Manage key operations – Oversee rosters, team meetings, processes, and Salesforce auditing to drive efficiency.
* Build strong client relationships – Become a trusted advisor and a critical part of the client’s success.
What we are looking for?
* Experienced professional – 3+ years in a similar role providing workplace relations advice and consultation, including HR Business Partners.
* Qualified & knowledgeable – Formal qualifications in Law or HR, with strong expertise in Australian employment law and the Modern Award framework.
* Leadership skills – Previous experience supervising a small team and supporting individual development would be highly regarded.
* Commercial mindset – A pragmatic approach to delivering clear, practical advice both written and verbally.
* Tech-savvy & client-focused – Strong CRM and account management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
* Driven & self-motivated – Passionate about continuous improvement and being the best practitioner you can be.
