About the Role Support our aged care clients across Bayside, Wynnum, Cleveland, and nearby suburbs with: Scheduled shifts Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm Personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene) Medication support Domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, meal prep) Community outings and appointments Building strong, empathetic relationships About You Eager to work 1-1 with clients in their own homes Compassionate, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries Excellent communicator and team player Flexible with short-notice shifts, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm) Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care (preferred but not a necessity) Experience is highly regarded but not a necessity (full training provided before your first shift!)
