Job Title: Team Leader
About the Role:
* Lead and manage a team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable services, corporate card coordination and monitoring, daily banking requirements and expense/allowance payments.
* Manage resource planning and administer HR policies for team members, including leave attendance, performance management, training and development, recruitment.
* Establish and maintain service delivery standards with an emphasis on continuous improvement and quality management principles.
* Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures and monitor organisational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To lead and motivate a team to achieve team/branch objectives.
2. To develop and implement effective financial management systems and processes.
3. To build and maintain positive and effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally to the SRO.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated people management skills.
* Proven financial management experience including accrual accounting, accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Extensive knowledge of and experience using financial management systems.
