About the RoleThe Solution Delivery Manager – D365 Business Central will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of customer projects by ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role will manage project activities, resource allocation within engagements, and overall delivery coordination to keep projects running smoothly.What You'll DoLead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, from planning through deployment.Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and resource assignments across functional and technical teams.Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and fit-gap sessions with customers.Recommend best-practice configurations, extensions, and process improvements based on customer needs.Review functional and technical documentation to ensure alignment with solution designs.Attend and participate in pre-sales demonstrations when required.Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off to ensure customer readiness.Oversee successful handoff to support/operations teams after deployment.Ensure all project documentation, quality standards, and governance requirements are met.Mentoring BC functional consultant team members.What You Need to SucceedMinimum 7+ years' recent experience in various versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV as a Senior Functional Consultant and/or Solution Delivery Manager.Deep knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product functionalities: Financials; Trade and logistics including sales, purchase, and inventory; Warehouse Management (include Advanced Warehouse Management); Manufacturing; and Jobs / ResourcesExperience in the following area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV is highly desirable: Service ManagementExperience facilitating customer workshops, documenting requirements, and guiding solution design.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV certifications preferable.Beneficial Experience: MS Power BI, Power Automate; Jet Reports; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification; Bachelor's or Post-graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent; Copilot knowledge; and DevOps
