Project Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Logistics Manager to lead our Pacific operations. This role will suit a commercially savvy leader with deep expertise in heavy-lift, out-of-gauge and complex cargo solutions.
* Deliver business performance and profitability through full P&L ownership
* Lead the operations team to deliver world-class project logistics services
* Oversee commercial activities, including business development and pricing
* Ensure subcontractor compliance with CEVA's quality, health, safety and environmental standards
* Maintain adherence to relevant legal, regulatory and safety requirements
* Represent CEVA as part of the Pacific Executive Leadership Team
* Drive continuous improvement and meet all key performance indicators.
Our ideal candidate has significant experience in project logistics and heavy-lift operations. You will also have:
* Solid experience in project logistics or oil & gas supply chain
* Demonstrated full P&L responsibility in a senior leadership role
* Strong commercial, contract, and financial management skills
* Technical expertise in transport engineering and cargo chartering
* Excellent communication, negotiation and customer / stakeholder management skills
* Industry credentials and tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.
