This role involves supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives.
* Recruit, onboard, and develop new hires to enhance the organization's talent pool.
* Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback to employees.
* Manage payroll and benefits for employees while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources, as well as strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources.
* 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
* Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
* Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
* Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills.
