This is a newly created position to support their commercial trades business unit.

Specific tasks responsibilities include:
Overseeing and coordinating service delivery for key clients Leading and supporting a team of tradespeople to ensure service excellence Preparing for and attending client meetings, tracking outcomes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed Identifying opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency Working closely with Directors on projects and strategic initiatives Supporting and training field staff on administrative and client service standards The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience in Account Management, service delivery or operations - ideally in facilities maintenance or trades Excellent communication and relationship building skills Strong leadership and organisational abilities The ability to think strategically, act proactively and deliver on commitments Familiarity with job management software (e.g. simPRO, Aroflo or similar) Please note this is an office based position (8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm) with requirement to visit sites approximately once per month.
