Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a trusted Queensland-based contractor providing skilled labour, asset management, and maintenance solutions across the mining and heavy industrial sectors.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join a hardworking and friendly team based in Rockhampton. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping things organised, from managing rosters and bookings to ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date. You'll work closely with the Field Service Manager and team members on the ground to make sure operations run smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting both the field and office teams. Your day will include:
* Providing end-to-end administrative support including accurate data entry, timesheet processing, and document management
* Coordinating rosters, travel, and accommodation for field employees to ensure seamless scheduling
* Liaising with team members to maintain site compliance, including booking and tracking Coal Board Medicals, Standard 11s, and other training requirements
* Scheduling tradespeople for both rostered and ad-hoc work across multiple projects
* Assisting the Field Service Manager with rostering, site coordination, and day-to-day operational support.
* Preparing and assisting with quotes and invoices, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as your experience grows
