Yass Earth Movers (YEM) is a locally owned and operated business that has been servicing Yass and districts since 1964. We provide high quality excavation and earth moving services. We operate a vast range of machinery which enables us to cater for all types of excavation and earth moving projects.
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day to day operations of our business. The role can be tailored to suit either an experienced administrator or someone ready to step in to a more senior position.
What your role will include:
* Accounts Receivable & Payable
* General Administration
* Payroll
* Vehicle & Plant Registrations
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3 years of administration or accounts experience required
* Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
