About the roleWe are seeking a team oriented, proactive, problem-solving, and self-starting Office Administrator ready for the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast paced environment, in rapidly-growing company.This position will report to Operations Project Lead. Involves a wide variety of operational and administration tasks. The role is demanding and requires strong interpersonal skills.Responsibilities, Duties and ExpectationsOversee daily operations and ensure an organized and efficient workspace.Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.Assistance with new employee onboarding. Maintenance of administrative documentation. Ad-hoc purchasing tasks (for example office equipment).Welcoming office visitors.Assistance with travel, conference coordination and similar tasks.Interfacing with finance, operations and engineering teams. Qualifications, Experience and SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably for tech companyOrganisational and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate being proactive, ability to work unsupervised, thinking on their feet and doing a wide variety of various tasks Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to follow defined processes and provide feedback to continuously improve the businessWillingness/ability to work outside of normal business hours
