Main Duties
* Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest luxury standards.
* Ensure that all rooms and public areas are immaculate, meeting the highest luxury standards.
* Support departmental targets, objectives, budgets, and procedures.
* Manage staffing levels to meet business demands efficiently.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Proactively address guest concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
* Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance skills and maintain high performance.
* To assume the responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper during her days off.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within premium hospitality is preferred
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* A strong leader and team player with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to motivate and develop a team to consistently achieve high standards.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
* Please note that only candidates who are legally entitled to work in the Australia will be considered for this position.
* Successful candidates will be required to provide National police clearance and Working with vulnerable people checks.
