Assistant Laboratory Manager Role
This is a key leadership position in our laboratory operations, playing a vital role in the timely and accurate analysis of samples.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the laboratory, working closely with the Lab Manager to achieve high standards of quality and compliance. The Assistant Laboratory Manager will also supervise laboratory personnel, organize work priorities, and assist in maintaining site manuals.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in laboratory work, chemical knowledge, and sample preparation. You should also have expertise in ICP-OES, ICP-MS, TGA, and XRF, as well as wet chemistry and creating validation of standards. Strong people skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and laboratory staff.

* Timely and quality analysis of samples
* Liaise with clients on a daily basis
* Analyze samples as requested by clients
* Organize work priorities to meet client needs
* Assist in maintaining all site manuals
* Staff training and development
* Perform Laboratory Manager duties in their absence
