The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with a Postgraduate qualification in Leadership or Management and a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience.
You will be responsible for overseeing the Harrison Ward, a 30-bed Medical/Surgical unit specialising in general medicine, complex wound care management, endocrinology and chronic pain management.
Your key responsibilities will include leadership of a multidisciplinary team, mentorship and guidance of nurses, and collaboration with senior executives.
Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with full Australian working rights, a Postgraduate qualification in Leadership or Management, and a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience.
