As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex employment matters. Job Description: * Represent clients in conciliations, mediations and arbitrations, as well as defend against claims arising from workplace issues such as discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination. * Collaborate with external counsel to develop case strategies and achieve favourable outcomes for our clients. * Manage and lead the defence of employment practices claims including drafting defences, responses and settlement agreements. * Provide strategic legal advice to clients on compliance with relevant laws and regulations. -----------------------------------
