System Trainer Role
We are seeking an experienced System Trainer to join our team at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position based on a 4/3 FIFO roster with occasional work in the Perth Office.
The successful candidate will be accountable to the Site Safety Superintendent and will play a key role in supporting and implementing a roll out schedule for site operational users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training session schedules with site operations teams
* Provide HSE Site Operation Management with ongoing attendance KPIs on a weekly basis
* Ongoing review and maintenance of implementation schedule and progress reporting
* Deliver training that supports the operations to implement and harness the ISMS modules
* Data entry of attendees in relevant database
* Ensure that the awareness packages and other associated training content is updated in line with group changes
About You:
* You have current Training and Assessor qualifications (TAE Certificate IV)
* You have a Safety training background with previous experience in a similar role or a related field
* You have experience delivering training and working with HSE systems
