About the role

Step into a dynamic advanced Nurse Practitioner - Blood Borne Viruses & Sexual Health role to support communities across Western NSW Local Health District.

The Nurse Practitioner role is responsible for leading high‑quality, evidence‑based care with a strong focus on the identification, treatment and management of hepatitis C and hepatitis B. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, to deliver expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management while shaping models of care, mentoring colleagues, and driving best practice across the district.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in rural and remote health, engage with diverse teams, contribute to research and quality improvement, and influence improved outcomes for communities with complex health needs.
