Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on leadership
* Driving operational excellence
* Customer account management
* Business development
* Approving time sheets, purchase orders, change orders, and credits
* Managing sub-contractors
* Preparing quotes
* Providing people development through training and development of Technicians
Requirements:
* A relevant industry fire trade license
* Five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proven management skills in achieving results
* Financial goal setting, planning, and review
* Strong technical subject matter expertise
* Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications skills, and customer orientation
