We are inviting applications from agile, business minded individual, with excellent operations, account management and business development track record, for our relocated branch in Yatala, with relevant experience.
About the role
As theBranch Manager you will be responsible in business development activities and also managing the smooth and efficient operation of the branch. This is a full-time position that will require you to lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth and dwell on the chance of making a significant impact on the success of our business in the region.
What you\'ll be doing
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff, inventory management, and sales/business development.
- Responsible for branch financial and sales plans and strategies to achieve results
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team, to enhance their skills and performance
- Able to comply with company policies, procedures, and manage safety in a high risk safety environment for store / warehouse operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to share best practices and support the overall business objectives
What we\'re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience of managing a trade store & warehouse operations, account management and new business development/sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
