Workfast is seeking a Batching & Site Supervisor for a client based in Kalgoorlie, WA.
This role will see you take ownership of batching operations from start to finish, coordinating a small team of agitator drivers while ensuring production schedules are met. You'll be the key point of contact for customers, managing orders and delivery timelines, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
What you get:
* $65.00 per hour + penalties
* Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour days
* Saturday work dependent on volume

What you need:
* Australian Driver's Licence
* White Card
* Proven leadership and supervisory experience
* Strong communication skills for customer liaison and team coordination
* Front End Loader experience (desirable but not essential)
* Safety-first mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & das
* **MUST BE BASED IN KALGOORLIE, NOT A FIFO ROLE**
What you will be doing:
* Managing and safely operating a fixed concrete batch plant
* Leading and coordinating a team of agitator truck drivers
* Maintaining day-to-day batching activities to ensure production targets and safety standards are met
* Liaising with customers, taking orders, and ensuring timely deliveries
* Supporting operational tasks as needed to keep production flowing
