About the Role
We're hiring a Site Supervisor on the Sunshine Coast to manage insurance repair projects from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person on-site—scoping, coordinating, and delivering residential and light commercial works to the highest standard.
This isn't a clipboard role. You'll be on the tools when required, managing trades, and ensuring work gets done safely, correctly, and on time. The projects vary week to week, but the quality of work and job security remain consistent.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the job from site inspection through to completion
* Prepare scopes, pricing, and cost estimates
* Coordinate subcontractors and internal trade teams
* Supervise onsite works to meet safety and quality standards
* Ensure compliance with building codes and WHS requirements
* Communicate with clients, insurers, and the office team
* Maintain documentation through construction management software
* Provide mentorship to junior staff and contractors
What You'll Need
* Trade qualification (Carpentry preferred)
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand role
* Strong knowledge of insurance construction workflows
* Familiarity with NCC, WHS, and relevant codes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* White Card and valid Driver's Licence
* Working at Heights ticket (preferred)
