An exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with management experience to join as the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and lead a rural multipurpose health facility delivering 24-hour emergency care, sub-acute services, residential aged care, and community nursing in Tasmania.
This is a broad leadership role overseeing clinical operations, workforce management, and service delivery across hospital and aged care programs, plus governance support to a remote community health clinic.
Competitive salary up to $135,000 + Superannuation

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration
* 5+ years clinical experience

* Demonstrated ability to manage staffing, budgets, and service delivery
