Lifecare is seeking an organised, proactive and people‐focused Receptionist to become the face of our Wembley clinic. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Lead Receptionist position and develop their career within our Allied Health team.
This is a permanent part‐time opportunity (25–30 hours per week), working closely with and reporting into the Regional Practice Manager, and ideal for someone who thrives in a busy customer‐facing environment and enjoys making a genuine difference to people's day.

What you'll be doing
* Delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experience for every patient
* Coordinating day‐to‐day reception and clinic operations
* Responsible for rostering and ensuring adequate admin coverage within set targets
* Completing clinic timesheets and supporting payroll processing
* Managing debt and supporting effective debt recovery processes
* Managing bookings, invoicing and general admin processes
* Building strong relationships with patients, health professionals and stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities to improve systems and service delivery
* Supporting coverage across multiple sites when required
What we're looking for
* Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role
* A people‐first mindset with a strong customer service focus
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence working in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience with booking or practice systems (e.g., Nookal) is desirable, not essential
