You will be responsible for leading, coaching and inspiring a passionate local team, overseeing all aspects of pool operations, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs.
We are looking for a natural leader with a drive to make a difference. You should have proven leadership experience in aquatics, recreation, sport or leisure, strong communication and problem-solving skills, sound knowledge of health & safety practices, and experience in managing budgets, programs, and people.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, adaptable, and have a big-picture mindset. You will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

* Essential Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in aquatics, recreation, sport or leisure
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Sound knowledge of health & safety practices
* Experience in managing budgets, programs, and people
* Current First Aid & CPR (Level 2)
