This project-based role requires a strong understanding of hotel technology, distribution systems, and revenue platforms, with a hands-on approach to execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.What to expectAssist in coordinating the implementation of the IDeaS G3 system across multiple propertiesSupport integration efforts with Opera Cloud, SiteMinder multi-property, and Optix platformsTrack project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth executionLiaise with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and resolve issuesMaintain detailed documentation including configuration records, meeting notes, and SOPsHelp prepare training materials and coordinate onboarding sessions for property teamsPrepare and deliver training programs, training materials, guides, SOPs and documentation for IDeaS, SiteMinder and other systems as requiredMonitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays as neededContribute to testing, validation, and troubleshooting during system rolloutEnsure data accuracy and consistency across platforms during migration and setupProvide administrative and logistical support to the Global Revenue Officer and other project leads across the Digital Transformation programAbout youProven experience in revenue system implementation or hotel technology projectsStrong working knowledge of Opera Cloud, SiteMinder multi-property, IDeaS G3, and OptixSolid project coordination and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to translate business requirements into clear documentation and workflowsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in hotel revenue management or distribution is highly desirableExcellent communication and documentation skillsThis job can be performed from any of our TFE Head Office Locations based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.If this sounds like you, apply today!
