We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide exceptional support across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and compliant data and documents.
Main Responsibilities
 * Provide comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle
 * Evaluate and maintain up-to-date people-related data and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
 * Develop in-depth knowledge of our organisation and collaborate with managers and teams to support key people objectives
Key Qualifications
 * Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related field, or relevant experience
 * Proficient understanding of contemporary HR practices and techniques
 * Excellent organisational, coordination, and time management skills
