Your next career opportunity As a Platform Administrator for the Salesforce ecosystem at the University of Melbourne, you'll play a crucial role in optimising and maintaining the university's strategic CRM platform. You'll provide expert advice and support, ensuring operational continuity and delivering a positive end-user experience across multiple integrated platforms. This role offers you the opportunity to apply your Salesforce expertise in a dynamic higher education environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive innovation in constituent relationship management. Your responsibilities will include: Platform Support: Deliver high-quality administrative services and support for Salesforce and integrated systems, including user setup and issue resolution. System Maintenance: Conduct routine monitoring and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the Salesforce ecosystem. Release Management : Support environment refreshes, regression testing, and seasonal release readiness to maintain platform stability during changes. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance platform capability and team efficiency, contributing to knowledge management and service excellence. You may be a great fit if: You are a customer-focused IT professional with experience in Salesforce administration, possessing excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a complex organisational environment. You may also: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or have equivalent experience. Demonstrate experience in enterprise application support and maintenance, with an understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies. Have hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects, security, and process automation. Possess knowledge of ITIL practices and excellent problem analysis skills.
