We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten program at Julia Creek Early Learning Centre. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of children.

* The successful applicant will work closely with the Director to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the high-quality delivery of our programs, in line with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and Early Years Learning Framework.
* You will be expected to maintain accurate records of children's progress, communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, and participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development theory, learning principles, and curriculum design, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a minimum four-year degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education, current registration as a teacher in Queensland, and a Senior First Aid Certificate. Experience working with children who have not yet commenced school is highly desirable.
