Overview
Ramp & Baggage Agents deliver a range of aircraft ramp services including baggage handling, based at Darwin Airport on a permanent part-time basis.
The role supports safety, security and efficient operations for a global aviation services provider.
Responsibilities
- Carry out ramp-related activities as directed by the Company, including baggage handling.
- Remain up to date with station policies, procedures and operational training.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times and comply with open, fair and honest reporting culture.
Candidate requirements
- Must be reliable and motivated to work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 32kg.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
- Well presented and willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Must hold a current Driver’s License.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Safety, Security and Compliance
- Carry out ramp-related activities as directed to ensure operation success, following policies, procedures and training.
- Remain up to date with station notices and relevant operational training.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times.
- Comply with the company’s reporting culture.
Hours and availability
Guaranteed minimum of 19 hours per week.
Full-time availability is required as these hours are an option.
Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster are required.
