This role sits within People Experience and they’re known around the traps as ‘PX’. They look after everything from growing skills and capabilities, training, internal communication, and human-resource related matters. They also lead a number of initiatives that relate to enhancing our people’s experience from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, to leading a dedicated Wellbeing and Community Program, and designing and delivering tailor-made training at operational and organisational levels.

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Experience Coordinator to join the team. You’ll play a vital part in managing the administration, coordination, reporting and support services of the team and wider organisation. The key focus is accurately managing people data in the payroll system, ensuring employee records are kept up to date, assisting in on-boarding/off-boarding processes and reporting. This is a great opportunity to create a meaningful impact on the employee journey.
About You
Your natural style is to move at pace with a high degree of organisation and time management skills to manage prioritise and adapt to the tasks at hand. The key ingredients to success are strong administration skills and keen eye for detail with a curious mindset that fosters continuous improvement. You’re a team player with a collaborative approach as you engage with stakeholders across the organisation.
Lastly, you’ll be proficient with the MS Office suite of products.
