Job Description:
The provision of high-quality pharmacy services to patients is a key focus for this role. Collaborating with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to deliver patient-centered care will be an essential aspect of the position.
A comprehensive understanding of clinical pharmacy services, including best possible medication history taking, medication management, and patient education, is required. Dispensing medications, offering medicines information, and contributing to staff development are also core responsibilities.
As a key member of the hospital's pharmacy team, ongoing professional development opportunities will be available, including access to accelerated pathways such as our Pharmacy Residency Program.
Successful applicants must meet essential criteria, which include registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and completion of an approved tertiary qualification or program of study.
