As a Solution Lead, you will lead one or more teams of Salesforce developers to deliver on project requirements. You will work closely with customers from project kick off to go live, collaborating with the business analyst to illicit requirements, and working with the Architects to design a solution.
You will champion config over code, leveraging out-of-the-box features, and best practice when customising.
You will present your designs to the Design Integrity Forum to meet approved patterns, and work with the Architects if new design patterns are to be introduced. You will work as a trusted advisor and provide evidence based, thoughtful and impartial guidance, and work to achieve the best outcomes for You will need a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and be able to communicate your vision effectively to different project stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:
This is a delivery leadership role, with the following responsibilities:
- Conduct research into clients' business requirements, and to illicit and analyse business needs,
- Prepare and present solution proofs of concepts and solution designs.
- Review developers' implementations, champion best practice and outof-the-box solutions, recommend improvements,
- Ensure project delivery meets the requirements for an authorised technology within the Federal Government space including Cyber Security Information Security Manual controls, and records management requirements to meet the Archives act.
- Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent system development projects from design through to release.
- Define project-level delivery activities and milestones within an agile environment.
