About the role
As a Support Worker your role will beto assist a diverse range of clients with activities of daily living in their homes and out in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting clients with general domestic tasks, personal care and meal preparation.
* Providing respite care, social support and transport services
* Support clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks.
* Promote client choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the client
About you
* A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or working towards,
* Current and valid Driver's Licence, insured, reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phone
* Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
* Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet
