The Role
Loco Love is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Relationship Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, plays a key part in supporting our sales operations through accurate data entry and providing essential assistance to our showroom team.
This position would be particularly well-suited to someone with a strong retail background and excellent communication skills who is looking to transition into an office-based role. It offers a great opportunity to develop administrative and sales support experience in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Communicate with wholesale and retail customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Review and input incoming orders and identify upselling opportunities (e.g., pairing products, seasonal specials or restocks) via e-mail or phone.
Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers by providing proactive, value-driven service.
Data Entry & Order Management
Accurately input and update customer and sales data in Loco Love's internal systems.
Support the Customer Relationship team with processing and tracking customer orders.
Maintain up-to-date records across Sales, Dispatch and Accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely communication and coordination.
Assist the Office Team with various administrative tasks, including the procurement of office supplies and replenishment of bathroom and tea room essentials as needed.
Provide support to the Showroom Team one day per week, including covering lunch breaks and staff leave as needed.
Assist with other areas when required.
Support team members with training and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
Minimum one year experience within data entry and/or administration roles and/or two years or more experience in a retail environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with data entry and working with spreadsheets or databases.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
A collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and committed to consistency.
Previous experience in a similar admin or data-entry role is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CRM systems and order/inventory platforms (e.g., DEAR Systems, Cin7, or similar) is a plus.
