This position suits a hands‑on Supervisor who enjoys leading crews, coordinating field operations, and working across rotating shift rosters. Delivering State Panel Contract Work and Tier 1 Contract work.
Role Thomas Executive is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for Linemarking / Roadmarking Services Location: Perth WA – DIDO to various sitesShifts: Day & night | Ability to work away required - 11 day out rosters)Salary: $120,000 ($52–$55 p/hr base) + Super + VehicleFull‑time | Tools of Trade Provided
Role Snapshot• Review work scope and site plans for each job.• Coordinate personnel, plant, equipment, stock, and site prep.• Oversee crews applying line marking and installing raised audible‑tactile ribs, providing real‑time guidance.• Ensure safe, efficient delivery of all line marking works.• Conduct quality checks on paint, spacing, height, adhesion, and visibility.• Maintain plant and equipment, including ATLM machinery and support trucks.• Liaise with clients on programming, progress, and job delivery.• Complete documentation and assist with project close‑out.• Able to work day/night rosters and undertake regular DIDO/work‑away assignments.• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications & LicencesWhite Card – Construction cardHR Class Driver’s LicenceTraffic Management Certifications – BWTM-TC (WTM-ATM desirable / willing to obtain)High Risk Licence (LF – forklift)
Experience & Skills Required5 years plus experience in roadworks, civils or (ideally) line‑marking project deliveryProven supervisory and field‑based crew management experienceStrong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skillsCompetent using Microsoft Office and operational systemsAbility to work independently, lead teams effectively, and manage dynamic site environmentsAustralian Citizen or Permanent Residency.
