Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales orders efficiently.
* Create work and purchase orders.
* Handle invoicing and accounts payable.
* Perform reconciliations and financial reporting.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* General administrative duties.
* Phone, email and customer enquires.
* Manage inventory and cash flow.
* Prepare financial budgets and forecasts inline with company strategy
* Analyse data and manage critical KPIs
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Fantastic communication and customer service skills.
* Team player with professional demeanour.
* Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office.
* Well-presented and organised.
