As our business continues to grow, we require a dedicated Marketing Specialist to translate our strong service capabilities into market advantage. This role will drive brand awareness, generate consistent qualified leads, strengthen our digital presence, and support sales to capture more interstate and B2B opportunities—directly fueling market share.
The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to own our brand, digital presence, campaigns, and sales enablement. You will shape our marketing strategy to drive lead generation, strengthen market positioning, and support our national logistics growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing plans aligned with business goals
* Manage digital channels: website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
* Create compelling copy, case studies, brochures, presentations, and sales collateral
* Plan and run targeted campaigns (digital, trade, events, partnerships) to generate qualified leads
* Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and campaign performance; deliver data‐driven insights
* Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing with client needs and service offerings
* Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and optimize customer journey
* Support business development with proposals, tenders, and client-facing materials
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' marketing experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, transport or B2B services
* Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution and reporting
* Strong copywriting, design sense (Canva/Adobe), and CMS/website management skills
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
* Self‐motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a tight-knit team
