* Leverage data, ERP, BI and AI tools to improve supply chain visibility, forecasting and decision‐making.
* Build long‐term, values‐aligned supplier relationships that prioritise quality, transparency and shared growth.
* Lead fabric sourcing across all categories ensuring alignment to brand elevation, margin targets and materiality goals.
* Build and maintain a global fabric supplier network across China, Turkey, Europe and emerging regions.
* Develop seasonal fabric direction in partnership with Design to ensure innovation and differentiation.
* Proactively source elevated fabrications that support premium positioning while protecting gross profit.
* Assist with planning and forecasting greige booking across core categories to support continuity programs.
* Assist with driving cost efficiencies through bulk greige booking and long‐term supplier partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING

* Demonstrated strength in supplier negotiation, factory positioning and understanding of trade regulations and duties across key regions including Australia and the US.
* Proven experience supporting multi‐warehouse operations and international growth from an Australian‐based business.
* Experience in ethical, sustainable and responsible sourcing practices, including sourcing certified fabrics to meet preferred materials targets.
* Proven ability to partner with suppliers on sustainability initiatives, driving adoption of new practices, technologies, or compliance programs across the supply base.
* Highly developed analytical, problem‐solving and project management skills, with a track record of on‐time, high‐quality delivery.
* Ability to build trusted, long‐term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities with clarity and confidence.
