Renewable Energy Installer

As a Renewable Energy Installer, you will be responsible for the construction and assembly of photovoltaic (PV) solar arrays, including structural and mechanical installations. Your tasks will also include ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Main Responsibilities:
* Construction and assembly of photovoltaic (PV) solar arrays, including structural and mechanical installations.
* Perform civil works such as trenching, underground conduit installation, and backfilling.
* Pull and organize electrical cables for solar installations.
* Operate heavy machinery, including diggers, forklifts, and trucks, as required for site preparation and construction.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are achieved.
Requirements:
* Experience in building and construction, preferably as a carpenter, cabinet maker, or similar trade.
* Valid licenses and certifications.
* Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and the ability to work in outdoor environments.
* A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret construction plans and drawings.
* Experience with renewable energy or solar construction is desirable but not essential.
