Service Delivery Manager Role
This is a vital position where you will oversee the daily operations, manage support staff, and foster relationships with participants and their families. You will ensure a welcoming and effective service delivery in our South Australian community.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in disability support services or a related field, strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of NDIS requirements and disability sector legislation.
You will work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team, manage and implement policies and procedures, and have relevant training in disability support. We value real changes in the lives of participants and community engagement.
