Role Overview
As Works Manager, you'll oversee all plumbing maintenance activities across our facilities. You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising work, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll balance operational oversight with team development and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Plan, allocate, and monitor daily maintenance tasks and projects
* Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
* Manage budgets, resources, and procurement of tools and materials
* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Provide technical advice and solutions for plumbing-related issues
Qualifications
* Plumber / TA or previous pipework experience
