About You:
* Mature‑minded, driven and honest individual.
* Able to confidently train and lead a team.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Ensuring superior service and quality to ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences.
* Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as manager.
* Knowledge of, and interest in, all things gaming. Must have TAB/gaming experience.
* Able to work full‑time, shift‑work hours. Late night and weekend availability are a must.
* Basic knowledge of industry regulations.
* Maintaining current market knowledge and harnessing your ability to engage and execute promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.
* Critical to this role is the ability to take a strategic approach in driving revenue.
* Management, food and beverage, customer service and achieving financial targets.
What is required?
* 1 year Hospitality Management experience
* Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments
* Experience in the controlling financial aspects of a businessThe ability to lead, train and develop a team
* First aid certificate is preferred but not essential
* Ideal candidate would have Approved Managers Certificate and ARCG
