Position Type: Apprenticeship – Three years, Full Time

About OPBG
Olive Pink Botanic Garden (OPBG) is a unique, not-for-profit arid zone botanic garden located on Arrernte Country in Mparntwe/Alice Springs. Founded in 1956 by anthropologist and activist Olive Muriel Pink, the Garden is home to over 600 Central Australian plant species and plays a crucial role in conservation, education, and community well-being. OPBG is both a natural sanctuary and a cultural space, offering visitors a peaceful environment in which to connect with the desert landscape, learn about native flora, and reflect on the profound Aboriginal significance of the site. They are committed to reconciliation, cultural respect, and supporting opportunities for Aboriginal employment and development.
