We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Professional to join our ANZ team. As a key technical sales partner, you will be responsible for identifying customer challenges and aligning their needs with our cybersecurity solutions. Your primary objective will be to act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Enterprise business growth by collaborating with our sales team and partners
* Manage customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in through effective communication and relationship-building skills
* Build customer confidence and awareness in our products/solutions by providing detailed product demos and training
* Deliver and present responses to industry RFPs, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery
* Train and certify resellers and partners to enhance their knowledge and skills
* Present at conferences and seminars to showcase our solutions and expertise
* Support proof of concepts, implementations, and installs as needed to meet customer requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or networking software sales engineering or technical sales
* Excellent track record in developing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Ability to lead discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT administrator)
* Strong presentation and application demo skills
* Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications in Windows and Linux environments
* A self-motivator who thrives on identifying and resolving customer pain points
