We're seeking a results-driven Export Account Manager to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Distributors and Retailers across multiple geographic regions, driving market growth and delivering against country-specific plans.

* Developing and executing distributor and retailer business plans tailored to each market
* Managing ongoing performance and resolving in-market issues as they arise
* Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Demand Planning) to align international strategies
* Supporting established markets while identifying new growth or expansion opportunities
* Leading the implementation of sales, activation, and profitability strategies across your regions

* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience applying this in an international context
* Proven ability to manage distributor and retailer relationships across diverse markets
